Bill Waddell is the Director of Finance Operations and has been with Kemmerer Village since July 2011. Prior to his current position, Bill was the Senior Staff Accountant for 8 years. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  Bill was born and raised in Taylorville, IL and was first introduced to Kemmerer Village as a youth baseball coach in high school when his team played against the youth from Kemmerer Village on our campus.  Bill enjoys working in a collaborative team environment that positively impacts a wide variety of children through the various services Kemmerer Village offers to youth in our care.
